How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (no shipments on weekends or holidays). Standard shipping then takes 3–7 business days; expedited 2–3 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $39.99, and you get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship worldwide?
We currently ship to the UK, EU, Canada & select other countries — reach out to us to check your country. Customs fees or duties on international orders are the recipient’s responsibility.
How long does it take for an order to be processed before being shipped?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment. We don’t ship on weekends or holidays.
Do you offer returns/exchanges?
Yes — returns within 30 days of the order date, as long as the item is unused, unwashed and has its tags and packaging. Email us at levy@essenclo.com with your order number and we’ll send return instructions; once we receive it, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. For an exchange, return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you want.
